Message	very knowledgable and most important HONEST with good customer service (something i'm afraid to say is pretty scarce these days). i'm sure he will help u diagnose the problem. he's done a lot of work for me and others here. it's a shame that both vendors are pointing the finger at each other after all the money you gave them.
